When trying to use the free play, you had to put your own money in first, then activate the free $10. This year we went to the Potawatomi Casino at Carter, WI. Our retirement club goes on at least one trip a year to a casino. This was my husband and my favorite casino to go to for a quick get away. Needless to say, we won't return here again. What was described as jumbo shrimp was actually popcorn shrimp which was very over cooked, along with the fries.
Also, beware the food at the Flamekeepers bar. The explanation? Oh you got the free play, we are right, you are wrong, that is the way it is since we are now part of the Milwaukee casino and follow their rules. It seems that if the free play was actually available $20 would show up in the credits spot. Several in our group were offered an extra $80 in free play for $30 when checking in to the hotel.
Once our $10 was gone, miraculously, so was the free play money. All that showed up in the credits available spot was the money we put in.
